Important Vendor Guidelines
A few rules every vendor needs to know
Strict Water Sales Exclusivity
All Food and Drink vendors (including Restaurant, Mobile, Snack, and VIP spots) are strictly prohibited from selling bottled or sachet water. An official event sponsor holds exclusive rights for water sales across all event grounds.
- Vendors must operate strictly within their assigned booth dimensions.
- Power points are provided for basic setup; heavy industrial equipment must be declared in advance.
- Setup times and pass distribution details will be shared upon booking confirmation.
